Man convicted of murdering 3-year-old in Sylvania
TOLEDO, Ohio — A Lucas County jury on Friday convicted a man of murdering a 3-year-old in October 2022. Michael Kitto was found guilty of one count each of aggravated murder, murder, felonious assault and endangering children for the death of Declan Hill in Sylvania, according to a press release from the Lucas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.

Dapper Man, a men’s hair styling salon moved to their new downtown location, the Beffel Building at 208 S. Jackson Street. Dapper Man opened in 2018 at 200 E. Trail Street. This week the salon moved to a newly renovated space in the former Beffel’s Lighting store.
