I’m not sure why, but Joey Cantillo was pulled from the starting lineup, being replaced by Tyler Beede. Beede did not fair well, allowing five runs on three hits and three walks in just 2⁄3 of an inning. Tanner Burns put out the fire with 1 1⁄3 scoreless...
Guardians' Chase DeLauter: Rehabbing in Arizona
DeLauter (toe) began a rehab assignment with the Guardians' Arizona Complex League affiliate on Saturday. DeLauter has played just one game since April due to a broken left foot and then a sprained toe on his right foot. He's dealt with multiple foot injuries, primarily to the left one, during his minor-league career. Given his lengthy absence, he'll likely need at least a handful of rehab games before he can return to Double-A Akron's lineup.
