Morgantown Man Arrested Trying To Flee From Ohio County Deputy
McHENRY (08/12/24) – A Morgantown man was arrested by Ohio County authorities after trying to flee from a deputy. 31-year-old Greg Hatcher was observed walking along Kentucky Highway 1245 on Monday. While the deputy was trying to gather information, Hatcher fled on foot from the deputy. After a brief foot pursuit, the deputy was able to take the male into custody. Hatcher was taken to Ohio County Hospital, then lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center on charges including fleeing/evading, resisting arrest, public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance. Hatcher was also found to be named on a half-dozen outstanding warrants.
