Www.wcbi.com – Joey Barnes – 2024-07-02 17:43:11. SUMMARY: A 66-year-old man named Joe Earl Taylor was seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash in Columbus, Mississippi. The incident occurred around 10:15 AM on Wilkins-Wise Road, where Taylor was struck by a black BMW. Surveillance footage shows the vehicle initially stopping before fleeing the scene. The BMW likely has damage to its passenger side mirror. Columbus police are seeking public assistance in identifying the driver.
