If you’re one of those people who can’t resist a yard sale, this story is for you. Some lucky Californians hit the jackpot recently when Kathy Hilton hosted a massive estate sale at her Bel-Air home. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star had hundreds of items up for grabs, featuring pieces seen on Bravo and beyond.

Of course, a yard sale at Kathy’s house is just as over-the-top as you’d imagine. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star had hundreds of items sprawled out across her palatial home. She had everything from her mother of the bride robe to live chihuahuas up for sale. A TikToker documented the whole thing, and it’s seriously spectacular.

Kathy Hilton’s estate sale was for a good cause

In the video, you can see the lucky shopper navigating the endless piles of items Kathy and her crew put out for sale. Some of the stuff looked high-end, while other items looked like they came straight from the clearance rack at TJ Maxx. Either way, the opportunity to peruse a bunch of stuff at Kathy’s house is next level.

While most of us normal people have yard sales to declutter our homes and make a few extra bucks, Kathy’s was a little different. It was actually for a good cause. According to EstateSales.net , the two-day event was to benefit The Los Angeles Mission & Yogi’s House Animal Rescue.

Patrons had to pay a $25 entrance fee, or $100 if you’re VIP, and they were even running a shuttle to get folks to the property. The items for sale included designer pieces worn on RHOBH, collectibles, and other items donated by celebrities. Even some of Kathy’s RHOBH castmates donated items for the event.

For some reason, the person in the TikTok didn’t buy anything at the estate sale. Just being on the premises must have been enough for them, but surely, they could have picked up a gently used candle, a puppy, or something. Something ! Talk about a missed opportunity.
