Filoncino Cafe joins a growing roster of tenants at The Rail at Red Bank including its first retail tenant Melonhead , a juice, smoothie and acai bowl shop. Earlier this year, Dr. Todd Goldstein opened his practice, The Smile Aesthetic . The final tenant, Hydraderm Spa , offering a variety of facials, will open in the summer of 2024. With the opening of Hydraderm Spa, the retail space at The Rail at Red Bank will be 100% occupied.

“Our latest lease with Filoncino Cafe highlights the continued excitement around the West Side community,” said Kristine B. Hurlbut, Senior Vice President, Leasing at Denholtz Properties. “We see tremendous potential for Red Bank’s West Side neighborhood and are excited to play a part in making it a reality by attracting businesses like Filoncino Cafe.”

Filoncino Cafe’s opening marks the latest chapter in Denholtz Properties’ vision for Red Bank’s West Side neighborhood. The company has invested heavily in the local community with the construction of The Rail at Red Bank and the renovation of a 29,404-square-foot office building located next door. Beyond its real estate investments, the firm is also a dedicated supporter of area non-profits including Lunch Break, a Red Bank organization providing food, clothing, and other services to those in need, the Two River Theater and the Count Basie Center for the Arts.
