    Police arrest man in shooting in Big Chill Surf Cantina parking lot

    A man accused of shooting a 27-year-old in a Rehoboth Beach bar parking lot last week has been arrested.

    Milford resident Jonathan Blackwell was taken into custody in Pennsylvania on Sunday, Delaware State Police said in a news release. Upon extradition to Delaware, the 28-year-old will be charged with three felonies: first-degree assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.

    Police said the 27-year-old man was shot in the leg just before 1 a.m. June 28 during a fight involving multiple people in the parking lot of Big Chill Surf Cantina.
