Rehoboth Beach celebrates Pride on Saturday

REHOBOTH BEACH — With workshops beginning at 9:30 a.m. at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center, 229 Rehoboth Ave., on Saturday, July 20, organizers of Rehoboth Beach Pride promise a vibrant celebration of love and inclusivity.

The festival is an opportunity for the LGBTQ+ community to come together and discuss topics that are important to progress, according to organizers. Offering a variety of workshops and panel discussions, participants have the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations on issues such as aging or addressing intimate partner violence in the LGBTQ+ community, and a panel featuring LGBTQ+ faith leaders.

More than 40 vendors will be exhibiting at the Rehoboth Beach Pride Festival. The event will also feature live performances, a photo exhibit of the Rehoboth Beach LGBTQ+ community, health screenings, giveaways, and more.
