Nebraska Man Injured In Alton Accident
Alton, Iowa – A South Sioux City man was injured in a single-vehicle crash Wednesday evening (July 17th) on Highway 60, just south of Alton. The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office says around 6:45 Wednesday evening the Sioux County Communications Center received calls reporting that 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee was being driven in an unsafe manner, northbound on Highway 60. Deputies say before they could locate and stop the Jeep its driver, who authorities identify as 31-year-old Orson Castillo, lost control of the SUV and struck a bridge.
