Formally known as Headlines Academy, Paul Mitchell the School Rapid City is a full service school of beauty with certified courses in cosmetology, esthetics, massage therapy and nail technology. The school always does a Cut-a-Thon to benefit local nonprofits. They are kicking off the fundraising season by hosting many different fundraisers, starting now through December.
