Man arrested after shooting barbershop owner in Wilkes-Barre
WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — A man who shot a business owner in Luzerne County in May of last year has been arrested. United States Marshall announced the arrest of 34-year-old Julio Rivas of Wilkes-Barre on Friday morning.
