    Police ID 3 Dead In High-Speed, DUI Crash In Fairfax County

    Police have identified the three people killed in a Fairfax County crash Tuesday, July 23.

    The 2024 Acura Integra driven by Corey Rogers, 46, of Reston, was heading south on West Ox Road when Rogers failed to negotiate a turn and struck a cement jersey wall at Route 29 in Legato around 3:55 a.m., county police said.

    Rogers and his two passengers, Angela Connor, 44, of Reston, and Salma Monastra, 35, of Herndon, were all declared dead at the scene. Detectives believe that speed and narcotics played a role in the crash.
