During the investigation, detectives learned that a woman, driving a 2015 Porsche 911, took the exit from the northbound side of Fairfax County Parkway onto Baron Cameron Avenue. Police said she then traveled across several lanes and slammed into an underpass wall.

She was taken to the hospital where she later died.

Police identified the woman as 77-year-old Marjorie Fox, of Reston.

Fairfax County police said speed and alcohol do not appear to be factors; however, detectives are investigating if Fox had a medical emergency.
