Reynoldsburg police are investigating an incident in which two were found dead in a residence Wednesday as a premeditated stabbing motivated by domestic violence, according to records.
Police have not publicly explained the circumstances that led to the deaths of Sada Dhimal, 50, and Tika Dhimal, 40, who were found dead at a house on the 8600 block of Robbins Loop Drive. A neighbor called the police after seeing Sada Dhimal apparently dead by suicide in the couple's backyard.
He was pronounced dead at 8:43 a.m. by West Licking Fire Department medics.
Police searched the home and found Tika Dhimal's body in an upstairs bedroom with lacerations to her head, department records show. Investigators recovered a large knife and a scarf stained with what appeared to be blood from the scene, according to an incident report. A report details dispatch calls to the home shows police also searched two vehicles belonging to Sada Dhimal.

The Licking County Coroner's Office confirmed the couples' names Thursday, but said it won't rule on the official cause of the couple's death until it completes their autopsies.
Three children, ages 16, 14, and 8 years old, were found at the home unharmed, the records state. Licking County Children Services was contacted to take custody of the children.

Neighbors at the scene Wednesday said the neighborhood was a quiet, friendly area. Reynoldsburg police had not been called to the address where the couple was found in the past year, records show.
