    2024-03-11

The Rice Lake Public Library offers Explore & Create for Kids, a program for kids to explore and create a variety of science and art activities, on Thursday at 1 p.m. In recognition of the solar eclipse coming up in April, those attending will make a moon sculpture. Everyone will get a pair of solar eclipse glasses and a journal to take home.

The library staff celebrates its Winter Reading Finale with an evening of fun for the whole family at Family Bingo Night on Friday at 5 p.m.

The Pokémon Club meets Wednesday, March 20, at 4 p.m. Those attending may show and trade cards, do Pokémon themed crafts and activities, and maybe even win a pack of cards!

Book club meets each month at the library. "The Clayfields" by Elise Gregory will be up for discussion on Wednesday, March 20, at 5 p.m.

The library also continues its regular programming that includes storytimes on Fridays and Saturdays at 10:30 a.m., and Chessheads on Mondays from 6-9 p.m. For details on these and more, go online to rlpl.org.
