Nancy Esther Smith, 85, of Richland, died July 2 at Chaplaincy Hospice House in Kennewick.

She was born in Castle Rock, Wash., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1966.

She was a retired interior designer and an artist.

Hillcrest Funerals and Cremation, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.

William S. Roe IV

William Stanton Roe IV, 55, of Kennewick, died July 1 in Kennewick.

He was born in Richland and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.

He was a plumber.

Cynthia ‘Cindy’ A. Blumanthal

Cynthia “Cindy” Ann Blumanthal, 55, of Benton City, died July 2 in Richland.

She was born in Sedro Woolley, Wash., and lived in Benton City for 17 years.
