AVON, Ohio — A hot dog with lemonade is the unofficial meal of summer, and the Telos Food Truck is aiming to make it easier to enjoy those classics all year round. The Telos Food Truck is a new concept from the owners of 808 Shave Ice, with locations in Avon, Fairview Park and Strongsville. Greater Cleveland locals Nick Kudej, his wife Kayla Kudej and brother Alexi Kudej decided to transform one of the 808 Shave Ice trucks into the Telos concept starting with the 2024 summer season.
