What Places Will be Closed on Juneteenth in the Richmond Area?

Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Juneteenth – a day that commemorates the emancipation of the last remaining enslaved African Americans in the Confederacy – is Wednesday, June 19. To mark the day, some buildings and offices may be closed.
