Gunfire coming from Englewood alley kills man, wounds another
CHICAGO - A man was killed and another was wounded after they were shot from an alley Tuesday night in the Englewood neighborhood. The two men were standing in the street around 1 a.m. when people in the alley started shooting in the 6300 block of South Carpenterville Street, according to Chicago police.
Chicago police seek hammer-wielding burglary crew after 4 businesses targeted in under an hour
CHICAGO - The Chicago Police Department is seeking to identify the individuals who burglarized at least four businesses in under an hour on the North and Northwest Sides. In each incident, at least three offenders used a hammer to break the front glass door of the businesses to get inside.
Foxtrot Makes Moves to Reopen in Chicago Area
