    Pro-Tips:

The juice is important, so don't drain your pineapple. Do not use the heavy syrup version; use the juice version.

Plan accordingly; you need at least 2–3 hours to chill this dessert! Even better if you have 4-6 hours or make it the day before!

Wait until you are ready to serve to add your candied pretzels; this way they will retain that perfect crunch! Don't worry if you have leftovers; your pretzels will get a bit soft but your salad will still be delicious.

    Ingredients:

    • 3.4 oz. of instant vanilla pudding mix
    • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple—in pineapple juice, NOT syrup (undrained)
    • 8-ounce container of Cool Whip (thawed)
    • 1 C. sweetened shredded coconut
    • 2 C. mini marshmallows

    Pretzel Topping

    • 1 stick of melted butter
    • 1.5 C. pretzels broken into bite size pieces
    • 1.3 C. of granulated sugar

    Directions:

Using a large bowl, pour in your pudding mix and undrained pineapple. Stir until combined. Next, add in your coconut and marshmallows. Lastly, fold in your cool whip. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours (even better if 4-6 or overnight).

While your fluff is chilling, prepare your pretzel topping. Start by warming your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Using a large cookie sheet with a lip, line it with parchment paper.

Using a medium-sized bowl, add your pretzel pieces, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir to combine, and pour onto your prepared cookie sheet. Using the back of a spoon or spatula, spread it out and gently press it down.

Bake for 6–8 minutes. Allow to cool, then set to the side until you are ready to serve.

Just before serving, garnish with your candied pretzels.

    Enjoy Friends! ❤️
