Homemade Pumpkin Spice Creamer. Delicious, Creamy and Full Of Flavor.

Starbucks is releasing their infamous Pumpkin Spice Latte earlier than ever this year, so it's officially time to jump on the pumpkin spice train! But why stop there when you can enjoy a homemade version that's even more indulgent, simple to make, and preservative-free?

My homemade pumpkin spice creamer is made with easy-to-find ingredients, so you can whip it up in no time and savor that cozy autumn flavor whenever you want. Perfect for adding a burst of fall flavor to your iced coffee as you savor the last warm days of summer or for spicing up your hot beverages when the weather starts to cool off. Plus, it's much cheaper to make at home than to buy at your favorite coffee shop, so you can enjoy all the deliciousness without breaking the bank!

I like to make my own pumpkin pie spice, but in a pinch, you can pick some up at your local grocery store. When you make your own spice mixture, you are in control of the ingredients, as well as the quality and freshness of your spices. Unlike the pre-made options at the grocery store, your homemade version will be free from fillers, giving you a rich and aromatic jar of pumpkin pie spice bliss. Plus, fall is just around the corner, and pretty soon, pumpkin rolls, muffins, scones, and cakes will be aplenty! My favorite way to customize my mixture is to add just a pinch or two of freshly ground black pepper; it really helps to spotlight your other spices.

It's time to embrace the season and treat yourself to a little homemade magic!

Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix: I like to store mine in a pint-sized mason jar with a lid.

    Ingredients:

    • 6 Tbsp. of ground cinnamon
    • 4 tsp. ground ginger
    • 3 tsp. ground nutmeg
    • 2 tsp. ground cloves
    • 2 tsp. ground allspice
    • 1/8 tsp. of ground black pepper

Pumpkin Spice Creamer: I like to store mine in a quart size jar with a lid.

    Ingredients:

    • 3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (homemade or store-bought)
    • 1/3 cup of pumpkin puree (make sure you get 100% pumpkin).
    • 6 Tbsp. of brown sugar
    • 3 cups of half and half
    • 2 cinnamon sticks
    • 1 tsp. of pure vanilla extract

    Directions:

    • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add your pumpkin pie spices and gently toast for about a minute.
    • Add your pumpkin puree and brown sugar, and stir to combine.
    • Pour in your half-and-half and vanilla extract. Combine everything together with a whisk. Next, add your cinnamon sticks, and on a low simmer, allow them to infuse your half-and-half mixture.
    • Remove from the heat and allow your creamer to cool. Place in a quart-size mason jar with a lid and store in the fridge.

    Enjoy, Friends! ❤️
