A new rumor making the rounds claims that the popular heel faction Judgement Day could get a new name, and it could debut as soon as this Monday’s WWE Raw.

While the Bloodline story on Smackdown has garnered a lot of attention from wrestling fans, the ongoing implosion of Judgement Day has been just as entertaining. And the team that was originally formed by WWE Hall-of-Famer Edge has evolved a lot since its earliest days.

Another major shakeup occurred at this year’s SummerSlam event when original members Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest were both backstabbed by their Judgement Day brothers Finn Balor, Dominick Mysterio, JD McDonagh, and Carlito. The group is obviously going in a new direction and that could include a new name.

Ahead of this week’s edition of Monday Night Raw, popular X account Wrestle Votes dropped an interesting nugget of information on the changes that could be coming to the stable.

Judgement Day to be re-branded ‘Street Trash’?

“Plans are in motion to rebrand the ‘new’ Judgment Day. Sources say the group’s essence will stay the same, but a name change is likely,” the account claimed. “The leading candidate is an out-of-the-box, yet bold idea: ‘Street Trash.’”

In a follow-up post, fellow wrestling X account PW Nexus claimed that they were “able to confirm this, but sources said it was not final yet and could change by tonight’s” WWE Raw.

Either way, it seems like a new name is coming from the faction headlined by former WWE champion Finn Balor and now including Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan. And with it will come a whole bunch of new merchandise that is sure to do well.
