Fountain Hills Cautions Revelers, Keep Your July 4th Fireworks Grounded or Face Fines
Fountain Hills has reminded celebrants that not all fireworks are permissible under Town Code Section 11-1-4. The code, clear in its boundaries, references ARS 36-1601 for a strict definition of "permissible fireworks." Not on the list is anything that is designed or intended to rise into the air and explode or to detonate in the air or to fly above the ground, according to a recent announcement by the town.
