Independence Day Parade rolls through Ripley
PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) - A chance of rain and nigh-unbearable humidity didn’t stop hundreds from lining the streets of Ripley for the annual Independence Day Parade. The parade is a highpoint in the city’s multi-day Fourth of July celebration, which has been called “America’s Largest Small Town Independence Day Celebration.”
