Roanoke-Blacksburg Airport says some flights impacted by global IT outage
ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ/AP) - Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport is among the many companies experiencing issues after a global IT outage. “The Airport, TSA, ATC, and parking are operational. American flights are departing with delays. Delta and United are experiencing the longest delays. Please continue to check directly with your airline for the latest flight status. Expect delays today - both flights and at the customer service desks,” the airport wrote in a social media post at 8:35 a.m. Friday.

NEW YORK, NY.- How does an art of the body affect the mind?. “Epiphany Machine,” a performance that’s also a scientific study, paints a picture of the brain on dance — onstage and in data. Two dancers move through a simple sequence of steps while wearing electroencephalography caps, which track their brains’ electrical activity. Lab technicians monitor the caps’ data on laptops.
