Survey reveals rising back-to-school expenses, Greenbrier schools have a solution
LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — A new survey from the online loan marketplace Lending Tree reported that 68% of back-to-school shoppers expect to spend more on school supplies this year than last year. The survey also reports that 73% of back-to-school shoppers are stressed about paying for supplies, and 40% expect to go into debt shopping.

SEARCY — More than 30 members of Harding’s NCAA II National Championship football team attended the White House College Champions Day on July 22, in Washington, D.C. The event honored all of the NCAA’s 90 national champions from the 2023-24 school year and was held on the South Lawn. Teams participated in a self-guided tour of the White House. One representative from each championship team joined the speakers on stage.

A team of students from the Southeast Arkansas Community Based Education Center or SEACBEC along with director Devin McDiarmid and Criminal Justice teacher Jessica Jones attended the SkillsUSA national competition in Atlanta, Georgia on June 24-29, 2024.
