The July issue of Northforker is here, and it’s simply the best
Orient’s fireworks show in 2019. (Credit: Jeremy Garretson) Any time I’ve been asked that question about anything, I end up rattling off four or five favorites of any given thing — restaurants, places to visit, shops — because I can rarely just pick one. That was certainly a concern when tasked with building our annual Best of the North Fork list this year. We live in a community that is bursting with creative, brilliant and unique things to do, restaurants to try, wines to taste…the list goes on. But thanks to a great collaborative effort between the Northforker team, I think this year’s list represents a large swath of the community’s picks.

This Season at Bay Street Theater
The Pulitzer Prize winning play, “The Subject Was Roses,” by Frank D. Gilroy, kicked off the Bay Street Theater’s summer season from May 18 to June 16, and was well done and entertaining. And what made it more interesting was that in real life they are a real family.
