ShopRite is completely revamping one of its stores in central New Jersey, according to a new redevelopment plan proposed by officials. Holmdel-based Saker ShopRites, which owns and operates 39 ShopRite stores in Central Jersey and along the Jersey Shore, initially proposed building a brand new ShopRite in the parking lot of an existing store in Freehold Township.

Mercer County Park hosted the first Trenton Talks Basketball Tournament, with a portion of all proceeds going to benefit Trenton’s A Better Way foundation. The tournament brought out over 250 residents from Trenton and surrounding communities. 12 basketball teams competed for top honors.
