    Vehicle Break Ins Prompt Robbinsville Police to Renew Calls to Lock Doors, Remove Valuables

    ROBBINSVILLE, NJ -The Robbinsville Police Department is asking residents to check their surveillance systems for any video showing suspects in a series of car burglaries that took place during the overnight of Thursday, August 1.

    The burglaries, according to reports, took place in developments on the Hutchinson Road corridor. The vehicles that were entered, police say, were unlocked, and various items were stolen.

    Saying that they will increase patrols in the area, the Robbinsville Police Department used the "crimes of opportunity" to issue a reminder, similar to one in March , to residents to be sure to lock vehicles and remove any items of value.
