Do villains ever sleep? That seems hard to believe as there's a new gold scam in Missouri that's been revealed as a sting operation by the FBI revealed. There was a bulletin from the FBI earlier this year about scammers using couriers to retrieve precious metals from victims. Now, according to a report shared recently by Yahoo News, this warning has become a reality in Missouri. It appears this is based on a report from KTVI in St. Louis. It says there were two incidents in St. Louis County where the FBI intercepted the scammer before they were able to complete the theft.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - After a few days of intense heat, our focus shifts to our next thunderstorm chance late Wednesday into early Thursday morning. This storm chance comes on a weak cold front that is nearing the region. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for northern areas until 1 AM Thursday morning along with portions of Kansas Counties until 1 AM. The University of Missouri's track and field program has appointed Ethan Bray as the new assistant coach for pole vaulting. Previously an assistant coach at Kansas State, Bray led recruitment and coaching efforts that resulted in seven Second Team All-American honors last season.
