ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A robbery on Bloss Street leaves a landlord injured as Rochester Police search for potential suspect.

Rochester Police responded to a house on Bloss Street around 8:20 a.m. for the report of a robbery.

Police say they found a landlord who was suffering minor injuries following a dispute with a tenant that resulted in property being stolen.

According to police, a possible location for the suspect was identified and the streets in the area were closed while investigators drafted a search warrant for the location.

RPD’s Special Operations Team assisted in serving the warrant and the nearby streets have since been re-opened. The suspect has not been located and the investigation is still ongoing.
