A longtime Cleveland Metropolitan School District board of education member has resigned, making him the fifth board member to step down in a year's time. The City of Cleveland is looking at relocating a “lonely” clinic to a shared location and turning the former site at 3232 Lorain into affordable housing. Built in 1971, the 19,000 square-foot Thomas McCafferty building sits on 1.5 acres.
