TEMPLE, Texas (KWTX) - UPDATE: The Temple Police Department says they are investigating a non-custodial parent-child abduction involving 5-year-old Gus Spearman. On July 6, at around 1:50 p.m., police say they were sent to the 3100 block of South 31st Street on reports of a child abduction by a non-custodial parent.
