    Inked: Recent LI real estate deals

    70 Remington Blvd., Ronkonkoma

    Recommerce Group Inc. leased 3,200 square feet of industrial space at 70 Remington Blvd. in Ronkonkoma. Michael Zere of Zere Real Estate Services represented the tenant, as well as the landlord, Clark Industries Inc. in the lease transaction.

     

    165 Shore Road, Glenwood Landing

    FOS Development Corp., a Queens-based general contractor specializing in public works projects, purchased two industrial buildings totaling 7,695 square feet on .93 acres at 165 Shore Road in Glenwood Landing for $2.45 million. The waterfront property was formerly occupied by an auto body business. FOS, which will be relocating from leased space in Long Island City, is planning on making extensive renovations to the Glenwood Landing property which will serve as its corporate headquarters, according to a broker on the deal. Founded in 2014, FOS Development performs projects in and around the New York metropolitan area for a variety of government agencies, specializing in the transit, infrastructure, renewable energy, military and educational institutions sectors, according to its website. Alberto Fiorini of Alliance Real Estate represented the buyer, while Eric Gillman and Adam Bass of CBRE represented the seller, Skipjack Properties LLC, in the sales transaction.

     

    3400 Veterans Memorial Highway, Bohemia

    John King, a commercial real estate investor, purchased a 7,130-square-foot office building on 1.1 acres at 3400 Veterans Memorial Highway in Bohemia for $2 million. Brian McGuire of NAI Long Island represented the buyer, as well as the seller, Jul-Vet Holdings LLC, in the sales transaction.

     

    53 Spring St., Oyster Bay

    Advenute Explorations LLC, an affiliate of a guitar maker and repair shop, leased 1,000 square feet at 53 Spring St. in Oyster Bay. The business, headed by Zac DelVecchio, is relocating from Nashville. Giuseppe Gregario and Nick Evangelista of NY Space Finders represented the tenant, as well as the landlord, HL Binder Equities LLC, in the lease transaction.
