Fronted by intense, charismatic singer/songwriter/guitarist Robert Kidney, the band has forged its own distinctive sound out of rock and roll, blues and jazz. While clearly there’ve been many personnel changes in a band with such a long history, Bob’s multi-instrumentalist brother jack Kidney and sax/keyboards player Terry Hynde have been along for a significant chunk of the ride. The Nolan Center is expected to create about 300 new jobs by 2025. The company has been using a manufacturing line at its Perrysburg, Ohio, factory near Toledo for late-stage product development, but this manufacturing line limits development flexibility. The new R&D facility is designed to accelerate innovation cycles, enhancing First Solar’s research and development capabilities.
