Carnation Festival flower show moves to new location
Two popular Greater Alliance Carnation Festival events have new locations for the 2024 event. The Flower Show and Community Luncheon both have relocated. The Community Luncheon, set for 11:30 a.m. Aug. 3, will be at Alliance Area Senior Center this year. It normally is held in a cafeteria in Hoover-Price Campus Center at University of Mount Union. Road construction this summer has forced the move.

Bond set at $1 million for Warren murder defendant
