Bond set at $1 million for Warren murder defendant
WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – The Warren man charged in connection to an April murder in the city appeared in court on Tuesday for the first time. Kyair Kyser is charged with aggravated murder and aggravated robbery. His bond was set at $1 million in Warren Municipal Court on Tuesday.
