Experienced officer joins Warren Police Department
WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – The Warren Police Department has added another experienced officer to its force. Patrolman Kenneth Romo took the oath of office Monday. Romo comes to the department with five years of law enforcement experience. Bath Township Fire Department provides update on mulch fire at Resource Recycling
ALLEN COUNTY, OH (WLIO) - New details are coming out about yesterday's fire at Resource Recycling. The Bath Township Fire Department arrived at the large blaze at around 3:20 p.m. on Sunday. Materials on fire included mulch, cut trees, brush, large industrial crane mats, and pallets. Eighteen agencies from four different counties assisted. Containing the fire was made more difficult because there was not a fire hydrant nearby, and trucks had to travel back and forth to one around a third of a mile away from the scene.
