Mercy Hospital surgeon performs 'in-house' rescue of employee using Heimlich maneuver
"I saw the white coat and ran to him but I couldn't get a word out and he knew exactly what to do — he saved my life," Jaida Evans said. Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital Dr. Harry Kourlis used the Heimlich maneuver to save the life of a pharmacy tech who was choking earlier this month.
