Cops seek Honda driver in possible road rage shooting near Food Lion in Creedmoor
CREEDMOOR, N.C. (WNCN) — On Monday afternoon, the Creedmoor Police Department responded to a shooting that occurred near Food Lion on Wilton Avenue. Police said shots were fired from one vehicle into another as the two proceeded east on Wilton. They said one passenger of the vehicle was struck by the shots and taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. The victim is in stable condition and no other injuries have been reported.

ROCKY MOUNT — Clarence Rosser Jr. had quite a first year of high school. Rosser, who goes by C.J., made a name for himself last August at the CP3 Rising Stars Camp. Grant will help research ways to improve WNC aviation
ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — Thousands of dollars will soon be going toward researching ways to improve aviation in Western North Carolina. The North Carolina Department of Transporation (NCDOT) announced in a press release on Monday that the state had received a $500,000 Appalachian Regional Initiative for Stronger Economies (ARISE) grant.
