Plymouth Redevelopment Considers Investment in Career Innovation Center
The Plymouth Redevelopment Commission will look at an investment in a Marshall County Lifelong Learning Network project in their next meeting. Construction is underway on the Marshall County Career Innovation Center and while the capital funding required for the bricks and mortar has been secured, Allie Shook, Executive Director of LLN, came before the board seeking support for the “soft costs”, such as furnishings for the building. Shook presented a proposal for $250,000 toward lab tables, chairs, television monitors, and some specialty items such as refrigerators for medication in the veterinary science area.
