Indiana physician sentenced to 5 years for Medicaid fraud
A Muncie, Ind., physician has been sentenced to five years for Medicaid fraud, among other charges, Fox59 reported July 22. William Hedrick, MD, who was previously convicted of illegally prescribing drugs, pleaded guilty April 25 in three different cases which include unlawful dispensation of controlled substances, Medicaid fraud, obstruction of justice, and harassment.

Indianapolis, In. – IBJ Media the producers of The Indianapolis Business Journal, Inside Indiana Business and Indiana Lawyer have named three Wabash Valley residents to their third annual Business and Community Leaders top 250 list. The list represents public and private companies, law firms, universities, not-for-profits, government and community organizations. The three are President of Rose Hulman Institute of Technology Robert A. Coons, Greg Gibson president of Gibson Development and Paul Thrift president and CEO of Thompson Thrift Development.
