Cass County Fair starts Sunday, live entertainment, food, rides, and more
CASS COUNTY, Mich. -- As July's festivities wind down, the Cass County Fair is just winding up, with the fair starting on Sunday at 8 a.m. at 590 N O'Keeffe St. in Cassopolis. There will be pre-fair activities on Friday and Saturday as well. During pre-fair days, the rides will be closed. You can find the activity schedule here.

Warsaw Code Enforcement Continues A Number Of Cases
Seven cases were continued at the Warsaw code enforcement hearing Tuesday. Cathy Wade provided an update on a house at 815 E. Clark St. Building Inspector Robert Hurford did an inspection on Monday, and the bathroom was not finished; however, Wade stated that later that night, the bathroom was completed. She provided photos of the water running. Wade stated that an obstacle to completing the updates was that NIPSCO projected it would take up to six weeks to install a gas meter. Gas is needed for her hot water heater and gas stove.
