Roselle Park Police Department Investigating Break-In at Local Pharmacy
ROSELLE PARK, NJ — The Roselle Park Police Department has announced that they are investigating a break-in at Rita Pharmacy on Chestnut St. last night. In a statement released on Wednesday morning, the department indicated that late on Tuesday evening, an unknown person broke the front window and robbed the store. The statement says that the suspect was seen "throwing a large object through the front window" before stealing "unknown medication." A motorcyclist died Tuesday night after he was involved in a crash at a Union County intersection, police said. An investigation showed that a motorcycle being driven by 32-year-old Rahway resident Justin Almenas was traveling west on Madison Hill Road in Clark shortly before 8 p.m., authorities said. He collided with a sedan that was making a left onto the road from Adams Street, according to a statement from the Clark Police Department.
