HOUSTON, Texas — A pedestrian was fatally struck by a vehicle in a hit-and-run incident on Bissonnet Street Wednesday night, according to Houston police. The crash occurred around 9:45 p.m. at 7400 Bissonnet Street. The identity of the deceased male is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
