Officers are investigating multiple felony offenses involving Williams. There is a felony bench warrant for him. Police believe that he has changed his appearance by shaving off his facial hair or wearing glasses.

SPD Asking Public to Assist Locating Wanted Felon
The Sheboygan Police Department is asking the public for help finding a wanted felon. The man being sought is Robert W. Williams. The SPD said on a social media release that officers are investigating multiple felony offenses involving Robert, and a felony bench warrant has been issued for him. A bench warrant is issued when one has failed to comply with court orders or conditions.
