CENTREVILLE — A Severn man is facing multiple charges in Queen Anne's County following an incident on the Bay Bridge in early June. According to Maryland Transportation Authority Police the driver of a black Jeep, identified as Melvin Clark, age 41, fired multiple shots toward a silver Mitsubishi while driving recklessly across the westbound span of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Reports show the driver then exited the Jeep and pointed a gun at the driver of the Mitsubishi. In a July 18 hearing, Judge Jennifer Alexander ordered Clark to be held without bond pending trial.
