Developers Top Out 58-Story ATX Tower
Tishman Speyer and Ryan Companies US recently celebrated the topping out of ATX Tower, a mixed-use development at 321 West 6th Street in the heart of downtown Austin. Tishman Speyer and Ryan are co-developers of the 425,000-square-foot tower. When it opens in the fourth quarter of this year, the 58-story tower will deliver luxury rental apartments, workspaces, amenities and retail. The venture is designed by Handel Architects in partnership with Austin-based Page. Ryan is serving as general contractor on the project.
