Multiple shooters are sought following the nonuple shooting in the 1200 block of North Alden Street around 2 a.m., police explained in the release. Officers learned of the shooting within 2 minutes, responding to a report of a person with a gun and a report of a shooting on Alden Street. They arrived to find the nine victims. 19-year-old drowns while swimming in N.J. lake
A 19-year-old man drowned Saturday in Lake Garrison in Gloucester County, according to the Elk Township police chief. The Gloucester County Medical Examiner’s Office determined the man accidentally drowned, according to Elk Township Police Chief Lance Hitzelberger. The man was taken from the lake to Inspira Hospital in Mullica Hill, where he was pronounced dead, the chief said in a news release.
2 kids break arms after intoxicated driver hits utility pole, N.J. cops say
A motorist and two kids were treated for serious injuries after a car ran off a Gloucester County roadway and struck a utility pole Thursday night, police said. Sean P. Asman, 31, of Audubon, was driving east on Hurffville Grenloch Road in Washington Township shortly before 6 p.m. when his car left the road and hit the pole near Quay Park, according to township police.
