Silver Alert issued for missing 83-year-old man from Kokomo
KOKOMO, Ind. (WPTA) - Indiana State Police (ISP) officials are asking for the public’s help finding a 83-year-old man recently reported missing out of Kokomo. ISP says James Umbarger was last seen around 2 p.m. on Thursday, July 4 in Kokomo. He is described as being 5′ 10″, 130 pounds, with grey hair with brown eyes.
